Cherry Hills Country Club, Denver, CO:
Developed a comprehensive Master Plan and historical review forming the basis for restoration of this historic 1922 William Flynn course. Construction work has recently been completed by Renaissance Design.

Bucknell Golf Club, Lewisburg, PA:
Developed Master Plan for restoration/renovation of this 1930 Emil Loeffler design which had nine holes added by Ed Ault in 1963. Portions of the plan are being implemented on a hole by hole basis.

Tumble Brook Golf Course, Center Valley, PA:
Developed a hole by hole report for this 1931 Donald Ross designed layout. Longer term vision which is on hold, was to add nine Ross inspired holes to the existing nine.  

Southmoore Golf Course, Bath, PA:
Developed re-routing plan for the golf course incorporating four new holes and relocating driving range.

Suneagles Golf Club, Fort Monmouth, NJ:
Developed Master Plan for the proposed restoration of this 1926 A. W. Tillinghast course. Portions of the plan have been implemented on a hole by hole basis.

Brookside Country Club, Pottstown, PA:
Developed Master Plan for the renovation of this 1916 Arthur Lockwood course which was re-designed by William F. Gordon in 1958.  Extensive drainage work was completed and other portions of the plan are being implemented on a hole by hole basis. 

Colonial Country Club, Wakefield, MA:
Developed Master Plan with ASGCA architect Forrest Richardson for renovation of this 1963 William Mitchell design.

Cherry Hills Country Club, Denver, CO:
Developed a Practice Area Master Plan for an improved short game area and driving range.

Willow Brook Golf Club, Catasauqua, PA:
Developed Master Plan for renovation of the golf course.

Arcola Country Club, Paramus, NJ:
Developed a comprehensive Master Plan for the proposed renovation of this 1909 Herbert Barker design which was later remodeled by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1960.

Hershey’s Mill Golf Club, West Chester, PA:
Developed plan for renovation and improvement of select holes on this David Gordon/Bill Maddox design.

The First Tee of the Lehigh Valley at Marvine:
Designed and constructed a safe, low cost, multiple hole golf course using the "birdieball" on less than two acres of land. For more information click here.

Irem Temple Golf Course, Dallas, PA:
Designed and built a new short game area and driving range for this 1922 A. W. Tillinghast design.

Private Estate Golf Complex, Allentown, PA:
Designed and built an innovative multi-direction golf practice area and driving range for a private estate.

Copake Country Club, Craryville, NY:
Developed a Master Plan with Scott Witter for restoration/renovation of this historic 1920’s layout. The original architect is suspected to be Devereux Emmet. Portions of the plan are being implemented on a hole by hole basis.

Mira Vista Golf & Country Club, El Cerrito, CA:
Developed a Master Plan with ASGCA architect Forrest Richardson for the restoration/renovation of this one and only Robert Hunter original design.  Built in 1921, Mira Vista was formerly Berkeley CC until a name change in the 1940’s.  The work has been completed and the course restored design has opened for play in the fall of 2011 (click link for article)

Gettysburg Country Club, Gettysburg, PA:
Prepared a pre-master plan course assessment report for this 1940's layout.  

Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort, Blairsville, PA:
Developed a Preliminary Assessment Report as well as a revised re-routing plan for the 18 hole Tom’s Run and 18 hole Chestnut Ridge golf courses with Scott Witter.

Oyster Harbors Club, Osterville, MA:
Developed a Preliminary Assessment Plan with Scott Witter and Brad Klein for the restoration of this historic Donald Ross design.  Also developed plans for a new short game area and driving range for the property.

Pocono Manor “The East Course”, Pocono Manor, PA:
Developed a Master Plan with Robert McNeil for the restoration/renovation of this historic 18 hole layout. The course is unique in that it includes holes designed by both legendary architects Donald Ross and William Flynn.

Champaign Country Club, Champaign, IL:
Developed a Strategic Improvement Plan with Scott Witter for this Tom Bendelow design as well as plans for an improved practice range and short game area for the property. Some portions of the plan are being implemented on a hole by hole basis.

Tucker’s Point Club, Hamilton Parish, Bermuda:
Developed a Preliminary Assessment Report for this 1932 Charles Banks design.  This was the last course designed by Banks before his death.

Kennett Square G&CC, Kennett Square, PA:
Developed Master Plan with Brad Klein for this 18 hole golf course.  The original 9 holes were designed in 1923 by Donald Ross.

Transit Valley Country Club, East Amherst, N.Y.:
Developed a Master Plan with Scott Witter for the restoration/ renovation of this 1920’s layout.

Oakmont East, Oakmont, PA:
As consulting architects for Keep It Classic, developed a Master Plan with Forrest Richardson for the renovation of this unique layout. 

Wahconah CC, Dalton, MA:
Prepared a course evaluation report for this 1928 Stiles & Van Kleek design which had nine holes added by G. Cornish in the 1950’s.

Griffith Park, Los Angeles, CA:
As consulting architects for Keep It Classic, developed a Preliminary Plan and template example for the 15th hole with Forrest Richardson for the renovation of this 1920’s George Thomas design.
